Chicken pollo

Chicken pollo 

Another communty recipe in original points from back in the day.  Check the points if you are using smart points/propoints or SW

From the kitchen of  HOLLAND

servings 2
estimated Points® per serving | 7
2 small chicken breast
1 tsp mint
1 tbl paprika
cup of water
2 tbl extra light soft cheese eg Philadelphia light
frylight or 1 tsp oil

225 g (cooked) pasta tagliatelle




Pour cup of water into bowl
Add mint and soft cheese mix together leave to stand.
Cut the chicken into squares and roll into paprika.
Add frylight/oil into frying pan cook chicken until brown. Add the cheese mixture and bring to the boil, then simmer until it goes thick.

Serve with pasta.
