Chicken in white wine & creamy tarragon sauce

Another community recipe.  Check points/propoints/smartpoints/syns before using

servings 2
estimated Points® per serving | 6
100ml of single cream 6pts
2 chicken breast 5 pts
1 large or 2 sm leeks
spray cooking oil
200 ml of white wine 2 pts
tsp of tarragon



Heat pan, and spray with cooking oil.

Cook chicken and leeks on pan till golden on the outside and leeks are softened.
(add leeks 5 mins after chicken)
Add wine and tarragon and stir
Add cream shortly after stir slightly to mix the wine and cream together,
Turn down the heat and simmer for approx 10 -15 mins
 
Notes:


Nice served with new potatoes, 0 point veg (remember to add extra points for potatoes)

I leave chicken breast whole but you can chop them,

Really lovely meal for 6.5 points (original points)
