Beetroot Terrine

Beetroot Terrine

Strange but good.  You can only try it!

From the kitchen of  FLORRIE

1 sachet sugar free blackcurrant jelly
1 pack cooked beetroot
vinegar



Dissolve jelly in small amount of boiling water Dice or grate beetroot

Add to jelly and top up with vinegar
place in clean margarine container Leave till set Serve cut into slices with salads  


Notes
Good also with raspberry jelly


Keeps well in fridge if you can resist it that long
