From the kitchen of FOODAHOLIC247
2 cans whole plum tomatoes
2 whole fresh tomatoes skinned
1 large onion quartered
4 spring onions chopped
1 hot chilli pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 lime squeezed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
tabasco hot sauce to taste
Pour juice from the tomatoes into food processor or blender add lime juice, pepper, salt, cumin, hot pepper, blend for 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, Blen just enoughd to keep the ingredients chunky.
Refrigerate over night for best taste.
Notes
Great as a dip, with pasta, couscous, rice or baked potato. Eat with Ryvita, or try baking chicken or fish with it.
