Smoked Mackerel Pate


Smoked Mackerel Pate

No Count

3/4 tub of ELF
4 thin strips of smoked mackerel or two of the fat fillets (remove bones and skin!)
1 tsp horseradish sauce
squeeze of lemon juice
freshly ground pepper

just mash it all together with a fork until it is smooth.
