Quorn mince lasagne


Quorn mince lasagne

spray of oil.
Quorn mince(300g bag).
9 sheets 95% fat-free lasagne sheets.
Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Tinned chopped tomatoes.
Tbsp tomato puree.
1/2 med onion.
mushrooms,8.
2 med carrots.
Tbsp frozen peas.
95%fat free white sauce.
2 tbsp cheddar cheese.

Heat oil.
Chop and fry onion and mushrooms, until slightly soft.
Add mince, fry until browned.
Add worcestershire sauce.
Add tinned tomatoes +puree, cook for 10 mins or so to let flavours out.
Meanwhile cook carrots until slightly soft, add to mince.
Add peas.
Layer 3 lasagne sheets in baking dish, add 1/2 mince, then 1/3 white sauce. Repeat, then finish with last 3 sheets and final 1/3 of white sauce.
Top with cheese, and bake until brown.

You can substitute any of the vegetables, use what you have.Also add garlic/or tabasco sauce instead of worcestershire sauce if you prefer.
