1 aubergine
2 tbs Tahini paste
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbs chopped fresh coriander
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red chilli
Salt to taste
Char the aubergine on all sides under the grill, turning it over
in quarters- this takes about 10 minutes. While this is cooking, chop finely
and mash together the other ingredients. Peel skin off aubergine when all sides
are charred, wash under cold water, drain and mix with everything else. Eat
with bag of WW Crisps. Delicious!2 tbs Tahini paste
