Wellington Fudge

Wellington Fudge 

An old school favourite.  Original points so remember to recalculate for your plan.

servings 5
estimated Points® per serving | 3
6oz plain flour
1/2 oz baking powder
1 1/2 oz melted margarine
drop vanilla essence
2oz sugar
3/4 oz cocoa
1/2 pint milk (i used semi but could use skimmed)

for sauce:
2 oz sugar
1/2 oz cocoa
1/2 pint boiling water


Sieve together flour, cocoa and baking powder, add sugar, melted margarine, milk and essence, mix well and put into deep greased tin. Then mix the sauce ingredients together then pour over pudding mixture, bake in oven gas mark 5 for approx 40-45 mins.   


Notes
It was my all time favourite school pudding and couldn't believe it when i worked out points to be 16 for the whole recipe.
