Tofu Burgers

 

Tofu Burgers

 

No Count recipe

 

1 lb firm tofu, mashed

100g oats or oatmeal

2 tbsp onion powder

1½ tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp basil

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

 

Mix all together and shape into 8 burgers.  Spray a fry pan with spray oil and cook the burgers until golden brown.

 

 

Variation, add chilli powder and/or fresh chillies
