No Point and No Count Vegetable Chilli

Serves 1

prep and cooking time = 20-25 mins.

Points per recipe and servings  = 0

 

1 small swede, cubed

250g mushrooms, sliced

1 green pepper,diced

400g can of chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp of tomato puree

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1 tsp of chilli powder

 

Place the ingredients in a pan and cook for 15-20 mins until the vegetables are soft and serve.
