Lemon and basil pasta

60g pasta
1 lemon
handful of fresh basil leaves
black pepper
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Cook pasta till just tender
and drain. Add the basil leaves and stir through the pasta. Add the grated zest
and the juice from the lemon. Season well with black pepper and stir again.
Serve on bed of green leaves and garnish with the parmesan.
