Chicken Aztec


Chicken Aztec

Heat a wok with Fry Light and add 1 onion thinly sliced. Add 1 green and 1 red pepper cut into strips. When softened, add 1 Courgette, 1 Leek, Mushrooms and Soya sauce if required. When the veg is cooked, add cooked chicken, beansprouts and stir in 1 tsp Chilli, ½ tsp black pepper and cook until heated throughout. Serve with Soya sauce.

Free on red day.
