Prawn Pasta

Prawn Pasta

 

Serves 1

 

8oz cooked prawns (frozen is easiest)

2oz (dry weight) cooked pasta

1/2 a small red onion

1 celery stick

1/2 a garlic clove

1 desertspoon lemon juice

3 fl oz dry white wine

salt and pepper to taste

 

dry-fry onion, garlic and celery with the lemon juice for 3-4 mins.  add wine and prawns, and simmer for 1 min.   add the pasta, and toss together.  season and serve.

   if the pasta is precooked its very quick to make! (if not, you can always use egg noodles. just add to boiling water and leave for 4 mins, then drain and add)
