MINI OREO CHEESECAKES

MINI OREO CHEESECAKES

 

3.5 syns each on all plans

 

300ml Quark

8 original Oreo Cookies

¼ cup of Splenda (I used about 5 tablespoons but adjust according to own taste

1 tsp of vanilla essence

1 egg

 

 

1.

Preheat oven to 135oC/275oF/Gas Mark 1.

 

 

2.

Line a muffin tray with 6 paper or silicone cases (I tried both and found the silicone to be better as the paper cases went a bit soggy)  Place one Oreo cookie in each case

 

 

3.

In a large bowl whisk together the Quark and sweetener until smooth.

 

 

4.

Add the vanilla essence then slowly whisk in the egg

 

 

5.

Add the two remaining Oreo cookies to a food bag, and then bash the hell out of them until they are in small crumbs. 

 

 

6.

Add this to the quark mixture and mix thoroughly.

 

 

7.

Pour the mixture into each individual muffin case equally and bake in the oven for approximately 25 mins until the filling is set.

 

 

8.

Allow them to cool, then chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (if you can wait that long)  Eat and enjoy
