Nutella Peanut Butter Weetabix Muffins
Serves 1.
2 Weetabix, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 Mullerlight or natural yoghurt
2 tbsp Sweetener
Vanilla extract
Optional: Chocolate Options sachet for 1 syn, stirred into
the yoghurt
For the filling:
1 teaspoon Nutella
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Preheat the oven to 1800 C
Mix the Weetabix, eggs, yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla
extract together in a bowl. Pour into two silicon muffin cases and bake for 25
minutes. Leave to cool.
Once cool, cut a deep slit in the top of each muffin and using a knife
scrape the peanut butter then the Nutella through the slit. Eat and enjoy!
