Pasta in Tomato Sauce

Pasta in Tomato Sauce

 

Serves 1

 

1 tsp olive oil

½ chopped onion

1 crushed garlic clove

1 225g can chopped tomatoes

sprinkling of mixed herbs

2 oz cooked pasta (dry weight)

1 oz reduced-fat grated cheddar cheese

 

Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry onion and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes and herbs and cook for 10 minutes. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with salad
