Beef
Stir Fry and Rice
Serves 1
1 tsp oil
2oz lean beef steak, cut into strips
2 sliced spring onions
½ crushed garlic clove
½ red pepper, deseeded and sliced
6 button mushrooms
A handful of chopped chinese leaf
A handful of bean sprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp runny honey
½ level tsp ground ginger
pepper
½ 10oz can canned long grain rice
Heat the oil in a non stick pan, gently cook the
beef until browned. Add spring onions, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for a
few more minutes. Add chinese leaf and beansprouts. Stir in soy sauce, honey,
ginger and pepper. Serve with rice cooked according to manufacturers
instructions.
