Sushi Snack-a-Jacks


Sushi Snack-a-Jacks

For one serving, mix 1 tbsp low fat soft cheese (eg extra light philly) with a few drops of lemon juice and a squeeze of Japanese wasabi paste or horseradish sauce.  Spread onto a Jumbo Cheddar cheese snack-a-jack and top with 15g smoked salmon or gravadlax then garnish with dill & cucumber.

Points per serving 3½ (points plan)   ½ pt on core.
