Diot sausages

and 45 minutes to cook

A delicious meal for entertaining that easily
caters for those following the BSD diet and whose guests/family are not
4 good quality pork sausages
1 large onion - sliced
4 large tomatoes - finely chopped
2 cloves garlic (mashed)
2 tsp thyme (dried) oregano, or herbs de provence also work
100ml dry white wine

Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
Add the sausages and brown them.
Add the garlic and thyme and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the wine and bring to the boil and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve with fried cauliflower rice, (or crusty bread for your guests)
