Grilled Red Pepper Spread

This makes a zesty sandwich spread. Swirl into soups
or stir into stews, or through pasta.
2 red peppers, grilled (see below) or 2 bottled red peppers
1 rounded tsp dijon
mustard
1 rounded tbsp low fat plain fromage frais
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Combine in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in
the fridge.
