Grilled chicken topped Thai rice

2 Chicken
breasts
1 pack of asda's thai savoury rice
1 red pepper
10 mushrooms
1 small onion
Any other veg you enjoy
Grill
the chicken for 6 minutes each side.
Cook the rice as per instruction.
Once the rice is almost cooked add in the chopped mushrooms, onion and pepper
and cook for a further 5 - 10 minutes.
Divide the rice by 2 and top with a chicken breast each!
You
can also top the chicken with salsa,just dont forget to add the points!
Also delicious with a pita bread!
