medium bananas and cut into quarters. Wrap them in cling film and place in
freezer for 2-3 hours. Place the bananas, 8 lvl tbsp skimmed milk powder (21 ½
sins) and 4 lvl tbsp cocoa (9 ½ sins) in liquidiser and blend until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into 16 paper cases and put in the freezer for at least 45
mins until firm. They may be covered and stored in the freezer for several
days, if wished.
2 ½ sins per serving (serves 16) on both.
