SYN FREE BÉCHAMEL SAUCE FOR LASAGNE

 

260g quark

2-3 tbsp fat free fromage frais

2 eggs

Pinch of nutmeg.

 

 

1.

In a large bowl beat the quark until smooth.

 

 

2.

Add the fromage frais and mix together.

 

 

3.

In a separate bowl lightly beat the eggs then add to the sauce.

 

 

4.

Mix in a pinch of nutmeg.

 

 

5.

Use on lasagne as normal.
