SYN FREE BÉCHAMEL
SAUCE FOR LASAGNE
260g quark
2-3 tbsp fat free
fromage frais
2 eggs
Pinch of nutmeg.

In a large bowl
beat the quark until smooth. |

Add the fromage
frais and mix together. |

In a separate bowl
lightly beat the eggs then add to the sauce. |

Mix in a pinch of
nutmeg. |

|

Use on lasagne as
normal. |
