Lemon Dijon Chicken over Pasta

3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 level tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste
5 spray low-fat cooking spray
2 clove garlic medium, chopped
120 g chicken breast, uncooked, skinless chopped
100 g cooked pasta


Whisk together lemon juice, mustard and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat cooking spray in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat thoroughly with lemon sauce and heat through.
