Smoked
salmon spaghetti carbonara

100 g Quark
160 g Spaghetti
1 Medium Egg, beaten
1 clove garlic (crushed)
120 g Smoked Salmon trimmings
150 g Peas
Onion
Cook spaghetti and peas in salted boiling water.
Frylight onions in a covered saucepan with splash of water and some garlic salt
to stop them sticking.
Mix quark & beaten egg together , season with salt and pepper.
Drain spaghetti and peas return to pan. Put chopped smoked salmon pieces and
onion back into pan with drained spaghetti.
Then add quark & egg mix and stir on low heat for a few minutes to combine
and heat the sauce.
Divide between two bowls, sprinkle with the HE Cheese on top of each bowl.
