Garlic
& Mint Dressing

100g Fage Total 0% yogurt
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 sprigs chopped mint
50ml water
Place all ingredients in a food processor apart
from the water and blitz to a paste.
Add the water and mix well.
Great dressing for salads and kebabs
