Chinese Chicken Curry

Serves 2
1 pkt Colmans mild Curry Sauce mix (2pts)
chicken breast (2.5)
onion (0)
green pepper (0)
4 tablespoons peas (2)
make up curry mix as instructed on packet in a measuring
jug.
fry onion, peppers, peas and chicken breast in fry light in a wok.
when browned add curry mix.
keep simmering till it thickens.
add salt and pepper to taste.
serve with rice, noodles or chips!
this is very mild, i added chinese 5 spice powder and chilli
powder to jazz it up a bit. lovely!
made it last night and it tastes like its from the Chinese takeaway!
For no count you would only have to count the points of the
sauce...1 pt per serving
