& CHILLI WITH REDUCED CALORIE MAYONNAISE FILLING

Points per serving
1 plus bread & spread
Drain 1 x
100g tin tuna and place in a bowl with 1 tsp low fat mayonnaise and a dash of Tabasco   (or to taste). 
Pile onto your bread and layer tomato slices on top.  Top with bread.
