APPLE TOAST TOPPING
Serves 1
Points per
serving 1½ PLUS bread
Take a small
tin (100g) of tuna in brine and drain it. Mash with a dash of Tabasco sauce and top
your slice of toast. Top with half an apple thinly sliced.
