TANGY CHEESE SPREAD


TANGY CHEESE SPREAD
Serves 4
Points per recipe 7½
Points per serving 2
Freezing recommended

85g half fat mature cheddar, grated
200g skimmed milk soft cheese, e.g. Quark
small bunch chives or sald onions, chopped very finely
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1-2 tsp garlic puree (optional)
salt & pepper

Beat the grated cheese with the soft cheese until smooth then mix in the remaining ingredients.  Spoon into 4 small containers and chill until set.


Lovely spread on crispbreads, or as a jacket spud filling or in a sandwich.
