Take 1 1/2 lb
raw potatoes (7½pts) and leave them in cold saltwater for 30 minutes.
Then grate into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 level tablespoons of flour, (3pts) as well as 3 egg whites. Mix well. Place onto clean tea towel and drain the water out.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Put potato mix onto baking tray and press flat onto the tray until an even base is formed. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until it starts to brown a little.
Remove from oven.
Put Passata with Garlic on it as a tomato base, then add any veg you like. Onions, Spinach, Sweetcorn, Peppers, maybe a bit of wafer-thin ham or tuna. Sprinkle a bit of lowfat cheese on the top and return to oven until baked properly.
