LEMON, PEPPER & PRAWN WITH LOW FAT CREME FRAICHE

Serve 1 at 1 point PLUS bread & spread.

Mix 30g cooked prawns, 1 tbsp low fat creme fraiche and a sprinkling of lemon rind and pepper.  Layer into bread with shredded iceberg letucce.
