Lightly toast
and English muffin on both sides.
Mix together,
½ tbsp tomato puree and ½ tbsp burger relish. Spread over the muffin
halves.
Soften ¼
onion in ½ tsp oil and add to the muffins when cooked. Top with a sliced
beef tomato drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar.
Shave over 10
g parmesan cheese and top with basil leaves and black pepper.
Serve with a
large green salad
