300ml strong, brewed coffee, chilled
175ml light evap milk
¼ teasp ground cinnamon
½ teasp vanilla essence

Combine all the ingredients in a jug.
Freeze in an icecream maker.

I use 4 sweeteners in the coffee to take some of the bitterness off the coffee, but you can leave them out if you wish.
