SARDINE ON TOAST
Serves 1
Points per
serving 2½ PLUS bread
Top your
toast with ½ tin sardines in tomato sauce. Top with 15g reduced fat
cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce and heat under grill until cheese
melts.
