SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS

SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS

These are free on F & H if you remove the skin if you don't they are 1 PP per wing (that is 2 pieces as prepared in this recipe)

750g pack chicken wings
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red chilli, finely chopped
3 spring onions, chopped
Plenty of salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil


Preheat the oven to 220C/450F/Gas 7.
Cut each wing into two and cut off the wing tip.
Place the chicken and all other ingredients into a large bag and shake well.

Transfer chicken and contents to a baking tray and cook for about 30 minutes, turning once.
