Hawaiian Liver

Hawaiian Liver

Serves 1

180g lambs liver, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced finely
1 tsp sage
salt & pepper
120ml cider    (½point)
¼ medium pineapple or 2 rings canned pineapple

Heat a non-stick pan and spray with frylight.  Brown the liver on both sides with the finely sliced onions.  Add sage, seasoning, and cider.  Chop the pineapple and add to the pan.  Bring to the boil.  Cover and simmer for 5 mins.


Serve with hot rice
