Blackberry &
Apple Flapjacks
Makes 15
Points per serving: 1½ pts (original points)
5 tbsp maple syrup
50g low fat spread
225g rolled oats
60g blackberries
1 dessert apple, peeled ad cored
low fat cooking spray
Preheat oven to Gas 6/200ºC/400ºF
In a pan, heat the maple syrup and spread until
melted. Pour the oats into the pan and stir well.
Dice apple and mix with blackberries.
Spray a 19cm x 29 cm (7½" x 11½") tin with low fat
spray and spread 2/3rds of the oat mixture over the base. Add the
blackberry mixture and top with remaining oats. press down well.
Bake for 12-15 mins until starting to turn golden.
While hot mark into 15 portions and leave in tin until
completely cold.
