3 medium chicken breast, uncooked, skinless
260 g Tilda Basmati Rice
1 portion stock cube
2 pint water
1 medium onion(s)
2 clove garlic
1 medium red green or yellow pepper(s)
2 medium courgette
2 medium portion green beans
1 large can canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chilli powder

Dry fry chicken until browned.
Add garlic, onions, peppers and chilli. Fry for further 5 mins.
Add mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 mins.
Add rice and stir, add tomatoes and stock, bring to boil, stir in green beans and cook for 25-30 mins.
