Spicy Liver

Spicy Liver

500g Lambs Liver
1 small Onion
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Ground Chilli
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 pint/125 ml Stock
8oz Mushrooms

Fry the liver on both sides for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile peel and finely chop onion and add to the pan and fry for 10 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste,salt and pepper,chilli,worcester sauce and stock
Slice mushrooms and add to the pan. cook for five minutes more.
serve with boiled rice .
